HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY MC NUMBER?

We submit within 24–48 hours of getting your info. FMCSA typically activates new MC authority about 21 days after submission (the mandatory protest period), and we watch it the whole way.

WHAT GOVERNMENT FEES ARE SEPARATE?

Government fees are passed through at cost with no markup: FMCSA MC or broker authority $300, Missouri LLC filing $50, and the NMFTA SCAC fee, which varies by year. You see the exact amount before you pay.

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has started. If we haven't started, we can refund. Government fees paid to agencies are non-refundable. Missouri Logistics LLC is a document preparation service, not a law firm.
